There are many restaurants i tried that do not use fresh ingredients or put time and care into their spring rolls. You know a solid vietnamese restaurant is good if they can make the basic - which is a pretty and tasty wrapped spring rolls. That's the standard i have for trying a vietnamese restaurant.
