I chose turkey and provolone.. with oil and onion ciabatta bread. the ciabatta bread was so hard that I could not bite into it. the turkey was slimy and the onions had no flavor. the cheese is the only thing that had even the slightest bit of flavor. it was sliced super super thick. I have a physical disability and I live on a fixed income.. I bought the sandwich hoping that I could eat on it for more than one meal.. turns out I can't eat it at all. doordash doesn't care either... all they offered as a $5 doordash credit.. for a $19 unedible sandwich! The turkey club was on this thick semolina bread with hardly any turkey on it and it tasted dry. I don't think bread should be that thick and they need to add more turkey. You couldn't really see the turkey on it. The chicken cutlet was very dry as well. Two bites of the turkey club and cutlet and the rest went in trash. Doordash doesn't give refunds anymore, so, I doubt we will order from here again."

"The bagel nook is a great place for jam packed, delicious bagels! They have so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person.
