The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. The shrimp was extremely overcooked, the beef tasted as if it was just exiting the serve by date and probably sat in its blood as it neared rot and the serving was barely 3oz of either shrimp or beef.
