"Since leaving Minnesota more than a year ago, this is the closest place where I have found pad thai as good as from home. We have a large population of south eastern Asian community and therefore the pad Thai in the Twin Cities is excellent and quality and plentiful. The sauce in this version is a little too sour and sweet for my liking and missing that special umami taste. However, it definitely curved my pad Thai craving for the first time since I left home! Also, the rice noodles are cooked perfectly with that good to see chew without being soggy or mushy like so many rice noodle dishes can become. The blue crab cream cheese wontons were also cooked perfectly and had a good amount of crab in the mixture. It was balanced well with scallions. The dipping sauce was a spicy mayo, which I would rather have had a sweet-and-sour sauce, but the sauce wasn't really needed since the crabs meat was so good. Lastly, I ordered the pork wontons in chili oil, which were also very good with a good kick to it. All in all, I will definitely be back in at some point with like to try the restaurant dine in where it is completely fresh out of the wok!

I enjoyed how they were cut into bite-sized slices.

"The Tonkotsu Ramen 豚骨拉面 was very good! The broth is nice and savory tasting on its own, but the udon noodles I opted for really kick it up a couple tiers. They're cooked perfectly, with the slightest bit of a chew (which I personally prefer), but still plump and tasty.
I opted for pork chashu for my protein and I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say this, Good Chef makes my favorite chashu out of like the 10 ramen shops I frequent. It's squishy, but they keep some meat on the cut and sear it which gives it a mind blowing flavor.
The rest of the toppings were very nice tasting, not overpowering, and not soggy. I have to note the diligence in the way this restaurant packages their ramen. They package the broth separate from the noodles and toppings, so they won't get mushy in transit.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely fantastic and recommend for anyone trying to get into Asian or Japanese cuisine, or a regular ramen eater looking for another S-tier bowl to try out."

I did feel they could have both used a little more spice/heat since I requested medium, but the flavors were so good that the lack of spice was hardly noticed.
The E-Sarn sausage was incredible - and I love how they prepare it sliced and bite ready with the lettuce, onion, garlic, peppers.
The Tom Yum Pork Noodles were a first for me, and I absolutely loved it. The broth alone was packed with flavors.
While we enjoyed everything, the chive dumplings and som tom were prob the only two dishes that we weren't as excited about. They weren't terrible - but they weren't excellent either. The chive dumplings came oily and soggy - likely from travel. This is probably a dish best enjoyed at the restaurant. And the Som Tum while good, wasn't the best I've had. It was a bit warm - again probably from travel. But I felt some of the aromatic flavors and vibrancy was missing from the dish. I also requested medium heat on this, but it had no spice at all.
But again, neither of those dishes were "bad" - they just weren't the best out of what we ordered and likely due to delivery.
We will definitely be ordering here again :)"

"Overall, I’d give this order about 3 stars. The food arrived hot and the portions were generous, but the flavor and preparation were pretty mediocre.
The Sesame Tofu was especially disappointing. Especially for the price. It was basically tofu with a few sesame seeds sprinkled on top, and the sauce was thin and not very flavorful. The tofu wasn’t crispy at all—in fact, I honestly couldn’t tell if it had been fried or if it was simply cooked in the sauce.
The Mixed Vegetables with Tofu was a little better. There were plenty of vegetables and a good amount of tofu, but again, the sauce was fairly bland and the tofu had the same soft preparation.
