"I am not Indian, nor have I been to India, so I can't speak to authenticity. I do love food, however, and Tikka is fast comfort food you can rely on. The chicken is almost always overcooked, and I prefer it that way. The 3 Piece Gulab Jamun is the best I've ever had ( props to you when you add seeds please do that more often.) I usually get butter Butter Chicken (Makhani) and add chickpea + veggies. The medium size is enough for two and possibly leftovers.
