I'm not a food snob, but I know good Italian food. The pasta was overcooked to the point of mush, and the sauce was bland across every dish we ordered. The one bright spot was the Caesar salad, which was ok.
For a $100+ order, I expected something at least somewhat on par with a chain like Olive Garden, and this didn’t come close.
In fairness, we only ordered a few of the pasta dishes, so I can’t speak to their steaks or other sides.
I sincerely hope improvement are made. I plan on trying it again next time I’m in town, and I’m hoping they prove this was just an off night."
