The Pollo con arroz (chicken with rice) was fantastic. Its a simple dish, but they nailed it for my tastes. Its a massive portion, the rice/sauce are delicious, and the giant pile of chicken was all solid chunks of meat. No weird bits at all.
So far I've had the Chimichangas, some tacos, Chips & Two Salsas, and the Tres leches cake! . All spot on. No need to write a book for each one.
