Cons: no lemongrass (couldn't taste it one bit), the cuts were too thick--from the veggies to the meat. Thin(ner) slices would make the meat way less chewy and tough; doesn't complement well. Even the fish "sauce" for the summer rolls were a thick honey jam which was so confusing and unenjoyable to pair. The egg roll was mostly lettuce which is sad bc they use bb Shrimp (2) MIND YOU ITS $7 FOR LETTUCE ; noodles or another protein would go a long way. Also the sauce portion they gave there was diabolical (see image). Not v authentic but has potential."
