"I've been going to this Abelardos location for a year now, I decided to do something different. I ordered the beef Super Fries and I added veggies & smothered cheese. This is a legita game changer and SO delicious. Portion sizes are FANTASTIC for the price, I 10/10 recommend adding veggies and cheese. Literal perfection! "
"I am legitimately so impressed with the food that I haven't even finished eating yet and had to run to leave a review. Don't let the photos fool you, the burritos are so fat! That thing was triple C thick and rolled to perfection. Their
Diablo sauce is hot AND flavorful. The meat... wow.. I've never tasted such flavorful meat from a Mexican restaurant. The veggies, queso, limes, and add one were all fresh. Quesabirrias were larger than normal orders I've had from other places. EVERYTHING (burrito, street tacos, quesabirrias, side queso) was full. I'm talking they don't not skimp on anything especially the meat. I will order again and again."

"Finally found a burrito that reminds me of the ones I fell in love with in Northern California. It was tightly wrapped, held together all the way to the last bite, and the ingredients were evenly distributed instead of being all rice or all meat. Fresh tortilla, great portions, and I’ll definitely be ordering it again!"
"NEVER CONSISTENT, portion control is always so small compared to every other pancheros. Don't try to order a burrito, they don't know how to wrap. And almost every time I order queso it's chunky blocks of cheese never melted..."

"We've been to Old West a few times and always really enjoy it! This time I ordered the new Seafood Chimichanga. This thing was LOADED with seafood filling and really tasty! Next time though, I think I'll go back to my regular seafood enchiladas as I prefer the tortilla/filling/sauce ratio. Two beef enchiladas combo was also really good and a great choice. Salsa and queso both delicious. Can't wait to order again! "
"No chips with the queso at over $5 a cup is WILD. Shrimp was inedible because it was so overcooked and steak was lacking in seasoning. Everything else was okay. Usually they don't miss. Today they sorta did."

"Bacon Burrito was perfect.l, stuffed with lots of bacon and egg and cheese. very large burrito! chips and queso Large chips and queso (16oz.) is perfect and if you can't eat it all, it's perfectly reheatable!"
"I took a chance and ordered from Lina's because they were the only restaurant open late at night, I work overnight so there's usually no options other than gas station foods. Being someone who enjoys a good Mexican dish, I do have my favorite dishes and a good chimichanga is definitely at the top of the list. Price seemed fair, looked like some good stuff with it, so I ordered the #20 with a side of chips and queso. Let me tell ya! This this was enormous! perfectly cooked, great flavor, flakey shell, just all around fantastic!! the Queso was a pleasant surprise also, I usually only expect some good cheese with some type of Pico or other flavors mixed in, nothing to fancy as it's just a side cooked for the masses. let me tell ya, I was wrong on that one too. when I opened the little bowl the cheese was still warm and gooey, not hard or crusting over, really good flavor in the cheese and actually a little spicy like it's got chilies instead of Pico. So very good all the way around! I will definitely be ordering again and look forward to trying something new next time."

"I never leave reviews, but the Al Pastor tacos are now on my top 3 list and we have tried them here, there and everywhere. The spice level is mild enough for those that can't do super spicy but want a bit of zing. The rice was ok and the guacamole was decent but overpriced. Get the tacos."

"I've been wanting to order from here for awhile & finally had today. I wished I would've tried it sooner. The chicken was tender & packed with flavor. Alot of food for the price. I highly recommend & will be ordering from here regularly."
"Delicious! Packaged nicely-we ordered quite a bit of food. The chicken, of course, carne asada, queso, guacamole, rice, fries and the taquitos. Everything was tasty. The queso was the best I've had in the Des Moines area. My husband could barely stop eating long enough to tell me, "Make sure you give them a good review!" He also said he feels it's the best Mexican food we've had since we left New Mexico. We will be regulars."

"Best Burrito California ive had in a long time! Theres even cheese grilled on the outside. The Vaso de Elote / Corn in a Cup is a large portion & has tons of cheese. The green salsa is mild & tangy & delish. Will def order again."
"Pros:
good presentation, food, and packaged wise.
The red salsa was good!
my dasher actually followed my instructions.
Cons:
I asked for no dairy on all 3 of my gorditas. They did good on 2 of them except the 3rd one. It looks delicious, but I can't have cheese. Luckily, i'm not allergic to dairy, so I was able to get away with it by peeling back the melted cheese that was on the inside of the gordita. However, that took away some of the delicious red sauce of the pork and cactus gordita.
Also, i would happily trade the cost of the paper bag and cute sticker that says to "snap and share" for more salsa. Just stick the sauces inside the to go box, like the rest of the mexican taco trucks.
Just ok: the birria has nice texture and juicy, but they could've added consome on the side to give it more flavor. However, it's fair to mention that they did not promise that when ordering so I did know ahead of time.
Overall: 3/5."

"Such a good size burrito for the money & perfectly assembled so each bite had exactly what it should!"
"The steak on the Street Tacos - 3 was way overcooked and crunchy, was also super dry. very disappointed as I've ordered this so many times before and never had any problems.
The Nachos - Kid's was so overpriced. You get like 7 chips and I ordered a bunch of toppings and they only gave me cheese, (which wasnt even melted) & steak. Once again, just very disapponted in this meal.
oh and the Jarritos- Mexican Soda wasnt cold, was very warm and was not enjoyable to drink it warm. "

"Everyone loved what they got. Big portions for decent prices. My Husband loves hot sauce & really liked the Yes I want Habanero Sauce. The breakfast burritos were really good, only thing I would say is that they were just a tad dry.. still really good though! And the amount of chips they give is crazy, coming in a microwavable bag to make them taste fresh again! Will definitely order again Chorizo, Potatoes, Egg, & Cheese Burrito

"the Large Burrito required me to use 2 hands, it was huge, and packed with flavor definitely worth it. Also the drink was really good. best sprite I've had"
"Regular Burrito Bowl and Small Burrito are both very good. Good size portions for a good price. They did unfortunately forget our Chips & Queso. I've ordered here a few times. Twice online and once through DoorDash. The times I've gone in person I get there right at the time my food is stated it should be ready and both times I have waited an additional 5 minutes. The staff is honestly always nice, but would appreciate if the ready times for the food were more accurate. My door dasher was waiting there for some time when he did my order as well. I would like to point out that they were pretty slow to moderately busy both times I went in."

"So, said it before and will say it again...Get. Everything. The asada Burrito with tomatillo salsa was super delicious, but the Mexican Corn? 👀👀👀 It was creamy goodness!! And the Torta Birria French Dip has no business being that tasty. I think that could truly be my forever meal. Churros have the most pleasant texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were the best way to finish the meal. Love the smile they left, and joy they put into their food. You can taste it 🥰. Highly recommend this place, they never disappoint! ❤️"
"I absolutely love Flame Cantina! Their Quesa Birria Tacos are the best I have ever had. The Spanish Rice is really good and I love to add queso to it. Their Mexican Corn is so good! I can't even say enough good things about them. I ordered the Birria Bowl for my lunch tomorrow. Their Birria is so good I know im going to be glad I did. "

"Mexican Sandwich ( Tortas ) there is hardly any meat on it. it's mostly bread, it has nice size slices of avocado on a little lettuce and little tomatoes beans.
