"Disappointing experience for a BW3, but it's new so maybe will improve to at least an average BW standard. The cheesesticks were completely inedible-hollowed out/empty inside every one of them. Then the curds were similarly over-fried and dried. We ordered 20 wings and chose 3 flavors...assumed they would divide the flavors somewhat equally, like 7/7/6, not 10/5/5?! Thankfully we only did get 5 habanero wings though, because there was only a few celery and 1 little ranch cup! Maybe we messed up on how the wing selections should be done. If not, maybe re-work that part of the order screen so the user is aware of how multi-flavor selections work. The actual wings were good/flavorful. Crispy and cooked thoroughly. We will try again in a few weeks! They will do better!"
