"To keep it simple, we ordered delivery. The chicken Caesar salads were noted as entree salads in the menu, but what arrived would barely qualify as side salads. No croutons or parmesan cheese, barely any Romain lettuce. On portion size alone it did not live up to the menu price. The side of meatballs came with barely enough sauce under them, not enough to coat them. One of the joys of marinara is being able to dip your bread into it. There wasn't really enough for that. Disappointed in the restaurant phoning it in for a delivery order."

"On February 19th I placed a order through Doordash from Jersey Mike’s (“JM”) on La Palma Avenue near Yorba Linda for a roasted chicken sandwich, mikey’s way, without onions and pickles on wheat bread and a bag of regular chips. Doordash did their usual above average service and delivered the order at the prescribed time frame, however Jersey Mike’s really blew it! The receipt attached to the order displayed exactly what I ordered, but on further inspection there was a difference. First, there were no chips ($3.50). Next upon further inspection of the sandwich it was ham & cheese on white bread, with onions and spicy pickles. Now I can understand sending the wrong package, but in this case the wrong sandwich packed in a bag with the RIGHT receipt of what was ordered. Needless to say, I called the store, and they immediately recognized the error and offered to prepare a replacement if I came in and picked it up. Obviously, if I wanted to do that, I would not have used Doordash in the first place. JM consistently makes the best sub-sandwiches when compared to other outlets, but in this case it was the service and not the product. I suggest if you use this JM location, CHECK the item ordered before you leave!"
