The croissant itself for both the Chessy Croissant and the Nutella Croissant was very soft and flakey with a thin crispy outer layer. My picture DO NOT do it justice...the croissants are definitely a must try. They may look small but they are very stuffed with Nutella or cheese (depending on which one you get).
