When they opened up across the highway, one of the employees sent over a "care package" with some of their baked goods. "The quite expensive sourdough breakfast sandwich tasted stale. Bread was hard as a rock, cheddar dried out and egg rubbery. The fruit pastry was okay, but the custard is too sweet by far. I really wanted to like this place. Haven't tried the chicken salad sandwich yet or strawberry croissant, but I suspect the custard will be the same. Sugar needs adjusting."

The croissant was fresh and perfect and I loved the option to add tomato. I definitely recommend the French Toast Sticks (6 Pieces) if you have a sweet tooth. The cinnamon churro variety was very tasty and they could be enjoyed with or without the syrup! The prices are a little bit higher compared to other local options, but the quality made it worth it. I obtained a Donut and churro bites that, once tasted, reminded me of moments from my childhood that, once distant and almost forgotten entirely, came to the forefront of my mind. The beef quibe is so dry I couldn’t eat it, it crumbled down on my mouth, it was over fried.
The chicken balls are also extremely dry, even the one with catupiry. It’s like all the fillings were overcooked and nothing is moist or pleasant to bite.
The dessert don’t make it better either. The passion fruit mousse tastes like it’s made from powder juice and jelly, the texture is not moussy, yet firm, and the taste is sour but nothing like passion fruit. The coconut flan tasted like plastic, like it had been sitting on the fridge on a open container and it accumulated the taste of the fridge air. Very sad with this order, it was disastrous.
The ham and cheese croquette was good, I would say because the cheese gives that moist necessary and ham’s got natural liquid in it.
The shrimp croquette was good, and not as dry, but only 2 small pieces of shrimp on a snack bigger than my fist."
