"When I see Wagyu Beef Sliders on the menu, I think super juicy, medrare richness. Sadly they definitely weren't made with Wagyu, and they were incredibly overcooked and dry, and little to no grilled onions, which would have helped the dryness of the overcooked meat. I understand that the meat can continue to cook once it's removed from the heat, but this was just disrespectful to the ingredients regardless of it being USDA prime or wagyu. I did change my side for an extra two bucks to vegetables with ranch, but 5 dry slicked carrots and 4 celery sticks are a bit silly to charge for. This is my first experience with Spring Street, and I'll dare a chance to order again probably, but it will definitely be a visit and not carry out to see if this was a fluke. Dasher was great, food was less than mid. I'll try again, hopefully."
