I'm a vegetarian, and I've tried a lot of Tofu and most places in North America just can't make decent Tofu, I know it's just an unpopular dish on the East Coast of the USA so not many restaurants even try that hard with Tofu, but they know what they're doing over here! Even if you tried Tofu before and didn't like it, try theirs!
