The Burrito Bowl was missing the fajita veggies and looked like they may have scraped the remaining crumbs of cheese off the counter. It also could have passed as a kids size based on how empty it was. Even the Chips were a disaster and burnt to a crisp. I wish I could say this was our only bad experience, but this location is a repeat offender with this just being the worst experience so far. Definitely not worth going to this location unless you want to waste your money. Save your frustration and visit the Glen Este-Withamsville location instead."

Nothing in this dish is fried. it came in a huge sheet pan which looked so appetizing I forgot to photograph it as door dash had asked. This included the typical "salad" that comes on the side with most dinners at this type of restaurant, seasoned rice, sautéed veggies and a large chicken breast cut into 2 thin pieces. Well seasoned veggies and chicken, the rice was very salty for my taste. "If you are thinking about trying pho for the first time, do it! I am a super picky eater (used to have ARFID picky), but this was great! The noodles are nice, no weird texture. The broth isn't spicy with this Jumbo Shrimp Ph Tom Lon . Very tasty, arrived hot, not too salty. Was my first time having pho, this broth, this type of noodle, etc. and I'm glad I gave it a shot! The shrimp were steamed I think. Were cooked perfectly, not over or under done. I added carrots. They were warm but I think they were raw. They give you 2 sauces, some mint, and a lemon slice with your meal. The brown sauce reminded me of a thick soy sauce. I barely tried the red sauce because it smelled spicy and Im chicken. Guessing maybe Sriracha or similar, but maybe wrong. Smelled good. I haven't tried the Custard Egg Yolk Bao (1) 流沙包（1） yet, but the Pumpkin Bao (1) 南瓜包（1） was great! Seemed fresh, was warm. I received my order Hot and Fresh even though I sent it to my job (by mistake) even when I got there 30 minutes later to pick it up it was still hot. I was so pleased with my meal, I had to take pictures. I ate the Shrimp Tempura Roll first and it was delicious (even for a basic roll). The Sweet Tea could've been sweeter, but im from the South so NO tea is really sweet enough up here for me, but nothing a packet couldn't fix. I cant wait to order this again. "
