The ingredients were well balanced, with a good ratio of noodles, vegetables, and meat. I especially liked the pork. It tasted clean and fresh, and you could tell it had been prepared with care.
The broth had a lot of flavor without being overwhelming, and everything came together really well. The portion was satisfying, and the food held up nicely even after taking it home. This is my favorite BBH so far. I’ll definitely be coming back to try it again.
