The scrambled eggs and French toast were cooked unevenly, each being partly dry and overdone and partly soggy and undercooked, which is quite an accomplishment. This is not the first time our food has been poor quality and badly prepared, but we waited a year to order again and thought it would be better. Unfortunately, it was not. "

"I had the #2 Dave's #2: 2 Sliders w/ Fries and an extra side of coleslaw. Everything was good as usual. I spent a lot of extra money having this delivered, but it was worth it. However, they only provided one side sauce, and two was expected since I ordered two sliders. They didn't give me ketchup packets as requested, and only only one plasticware packet instead of the two that I requested. (I'm going to take the slaw to work tomorrow and needed the plasticware and was using the one for today's meal). "
"The chicken was great for fast food standards-- well fried (crispy but still satisfyingly light, breading well attached) with chicken great quality (tender, juicy, not processed) and incredibly well and throughly seasoned with a unique, delicious blend. The slider itself is very well designed to balance out hotter chicken, and isn't too soggy/ messy despite the large size.
The base fries were done really well-- fresh, soft but light crispy, no weird pieces, not too oily/ salty. The cheese, while evenly spreads tasted very cheap/ artifical even for nacho cheese and overpowered the fries... probably wouldn't upgrade again.
The extra pickles on the side is a great touch-- very balancing. The side sauce is also appreciated since there isn't quite enough slaw/ sauce on the slider for personal preference.
The Mac and cheese was also rather unique-- being so creamy and cheesy but also softer noodles helped create something very cohesively satisfying, if only the cheese tasting a little artificial"

"The ice cream was delicious! Unfortunately they were out of both flavors we ordered and they didn't even tell us this. We discovered it after leaving with our items. My son took a bite and his was sherbet—which isn’t ice cream. An odd substitution to make but we thought ok we’ll just go back in and tell them we want to swap it. After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what I’d originally ordered. The girl got a bit snippy/huffy with us after that. But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they can’t reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face. Barring those options, if you’re going to make a swap, make it a SIMILAR item; don’t change dairy for non-dairy or fruit for candy, etc. People have allergies, intolerances and preferences to consider. Beyond all of that, our experience was great. "

"First time ever eating/ordering from here. The Breakfast Burrito Meal was delicious and worth the cost, my only "complaint" would be there was no dipping salsa as stated/shown. Instead, there was a very small amount of pieces of tomato and pineapple on top making it slightly soggy. My suggestion, while the presentation was beautiful, put the salsa on the side - Especially for those who don't prefer salsa or pineapple (since you don't offer a "no salsa/put on side" option when ordering). The Crispy All-Natural Nitrate Free Applewood Pork Bacon , what can I say - Hard to go wrong with bacon and this bacon was absolutely deliciously meaty, perfectly crispy without being too crispy it falls apart - Cooked to perfection. All in all, I would order both again with the caveat of calling after ordering to request salsa be put to the side not on top. But well done. Delicious. Fresh. Large portion."

"I ordered a large original Philly- no peppers and that sandwich was one of the best Philly's I've ever tasted. I can see why they opened a cheesesteak shop. I debated adding extra meat or extra cheese, because some sandwich shops just never put enough, but this cheesesteak was bursting with tender beef and melted provolone cheese. Very very spot on delicious! I don't know how long they've been in business because I'm new here, but they are fantastic! Side note: I ordered delivery and they didn't vent the container for the french fries, so they were soggy. But that sammy was so good and filling, I didn't have room for the fries anyway. "
