Second I picked up the bag all I smelled were SPICES. The Chicken Vindaloo was cumin-forward and slightly sour, and the Chicken Tikka Masala was flavored with turmeric and a bit nutty. The Garlic Naan was absolutely legit, like a huge piece of bread and went amazingly dipped in the Chicken Tikka Masala.
Raita was pleasant as well and tasted like cucumber, rice was nicely cooked, and everything came nicely packaged. Didn't skimp on the portions either.

I wasn't able to check out the restaurant much, but it seemed clean and decently decorated. There was a cute photo op area by the entrance.
Not a full service restaurant (as in having a server take your order at the table and bring your food), so if that's a requirement for your dining experience I would recommend Namaste. I'm fine with either, just depends on if it's an occasion or who I'm with. The woman who provided my food was very friendly.
I ordered a mild Chicken Tikka Masala. I enjoy spice, but typically Indian cuisine spice is too much for me (even when it's mild, there's usually a subtle heat that is just right for me). I ordered mild expecting that and was surprised to find it was very mild. The flavor was still great, though there was a subtle sweetness to it. I still throughly enjoyed it, though next time I'll order medium spice level. I would also order extra chicken next time. I'm still hungry after this meal. The naan was perfect; the garlic flavor was strong and the bread was soft. It was excellent when dipped into the extra curry.

"I would rate DeccanSpice a 5 out of 5 stars. The restaurant offers a decent selection of South Indian dishes, and we tried a variety of them. On Thursday I had a non veg combo meal it comes with naan, chicken appetizer,chicken curry,rice and desert it was delicious and very tasty. So I thought of coming with my wife on Saturday for dinner and it was my best bet. we tried Chilli fish it was Super delicious ,malai kofta was great with naan and the chicken biryani was the best thing here. I surely recommend DeccanSpice for their authentic Indian Recipes. The ambiance was pleasant, the service was very fast. Overall, DeccanSpice is worth a visit for its authentic South Indian cuisine.

"The food is alright, but VERY pricey for the portion sizes. Ordered the butter chicken, $16.99 for 16oz w/ 16oz of rice on the side. It was lacking in flavor and barely had any chicken in it, maybe 8 pieces of 1/2-1 inch sized cubes. I would expect to pay about $12 for the meal dining in, so I'm interested in seeing if the prices are inflated due to being on door dash. I'm most shocked at the pricing for the naan & the mango lassi. At $2.49 for the naan I was expecting at least 2 pieces which I feel is the norm at other Indian restaurants, & at $5.99 for the mango lassi you get a measly 8-10ish oz. The drink came in a 12oz cup that wasn't filled up all the way. It's delicious, but you don't get very much at all. The only reason I mention the size measurements is because they're on the bottom of the containers. Overall, I'll try the place one more time but most likely dine in, as I'm hoping the prices are only inflated due to door dash."
