But I'm assuming this person doesn't know that cheese is a solid at room temp, meaning as the dip cools, it will thicken. My cheese dip was definitely warm and fluid, like you'd expect from cheese dip. It was not the consistency of milk like I've gotten from other restaurants where they obviously water down their cheese dip. I'm so happy that La Morenita is obviously not thinning out the cheese, so you're getting your money's worth.
