"Hubby went to work on this Christmas night which meant that I could enjoy some spicy food. I ordered Awaze Tibs because I love berbere. It's become a staple in my kitchen and is great for blackening fish. My dinner is delicious and I don't need to dirty up any utensils because of the generous portion of Injera. Fortunately the meats are halal because animal welfare matters to me and I will only eat meat that is certified halal. I look forward to dining in this establishment at some point."
