"I'm sad to give this store a thumb down. Their pizza is not bad, but it's below my standards of quality. I ordered 2 pies. Both of them arrived with bubbles all around the edge and in a couple of places the interior of the pie. So it's the kinda place where you throw away a big bucket of crusts.
I used to work at a pizza place. This is unacceptable. In the case of Marco's it ends up making the outer 2 inches or so of the crust unappealing, so if you order a large you end up with more like a medium in terms of what you actually eat.
The hand tossed original crust is decent but nothing to write home about. The pepperoni was very good.
Advice to the owner is to invest in a long fork to pop the bubbles, and to try to make the whole pizza edible. Make the edge of the crust a lot smaller, and I'll eat the whole slice. And enjoy it.
Again, sorry this was a thumb's down review, but that's my honest opinion. I won't be ordering again, but that doesn't mean the pizza is bad, it just means there are better options out there making this not worth it to me."

"From the reviews I've read on Grata's Pizzeria, I must say it's the most over-rated, overly expensive pizze you will find in South Austin. First off, it's around ~$25 for a 16" pie, but in actuality there's at least two inches of just bread crust around the perimeter (ie: NO toppings), so you're basically getting a 14" pizza. And they have no idea how to place toppings (eg: with all the olives grouped in small clusters, great if you wanna eat half of the olives in a single bite), and there was probably one single sliced, cooked mushroom on the entire pizza, and only two Basil leaves. I had to add my own garlic b/c apparently their garlic confit is non-existent. They skimp on the toppings. And little things like a very limited 'Add-on' option set - for example on a shredded mozz type pizza like the "ROMA", you can add extra chease for an up-charge, but you can't specify the fresh mozzarella, and no way to add garlic, basil, etc.. And of course they refuse any comments, requests, preferences on the DoorDash app. I ate the whole pizza and I'm still hungry. They are simply clueless on how they're approaching the Austin market."

"It was good, the fish was actually delicious. The only thing I'd recommend is making it possible to get the fish not being tossed in wing sauce while also being able to get tartar sauce on the side to dip. Because the only options are to get it tossed in wing sauce or just no sauce at all, no possibility to get tartar sauce on the side to dip- to keep the fish flaky and crispy without tossed sauce making it soggy and still having a sauce option on the side. I also recommend just to try one entree at a time, as the entrees are actually pretty good size and one will get you full. Too many choices and it'll just be a lot of food. Trying one entree at a time is your best bet unless you're sharing with someone else. Big, decent portions. The Loaded Waffle Fries were good and the 2 pc Fish was good, light and flaky fish, the sweet potato fries are also very good. The Fried Mushrooms are ok, they're like any other fried mushrooms but they got a little soggy on the drive here and it shows in the photo that they come with dipping sauce but I didn't get any dipping sauce. Also would be good to add options for a drink. Good food though"

"As usual, the food was delicious - but this time I feel the Lakeway Roll was super small. When I order it in the restaurant it's usually 8 pieces. This was 6 small pieces. Also, they bundled our two rolls together in one tiny container, so I almost feel like they couldn't fit my entire roll! Very disappointing. I'm still hungry and feel I paid way too much for 6 little pieces. "
"This was great! Salmon Skin Hand Roll was the best thing I ever had! Hand rolls are messy, but this one is worth it! Eel Roll was good and even though the Sweet & Spicy Calamari was no longer crispy by the time the dasher got it to me, it was still yummy!
