"I love Emilio's!! One of my favorite spots for traditional mexican food in memphis. I love the Aguas Frescas (horchata specifically) here, as well as the Side of Rice and Beans. The Quesadilla Camaron I got I didn't alter at all as far as what I selected, and it felt a little crowded with the veggies (while they are very fresh, and a nice addition) they make the quesadilla fall apart/open easily as well as making it a bit more soggy than I prefer. Overall though the Quesadilla isn't very big, so I think taking out the veggies might not give you bang for buck.. "First time ordering from here. Not bad but still room for improvement. For the Philly steak combo, sandwich was a bit greasy and meat was unseasoned. Same goes for the Double cheeseburger combo but only for the unseasoned part. I understand being considerate of medical issues like high blood pressure but i think you should be able to know how to at least LIGHTLY salt your food enough so that it can have some flavor and nobody gets hurt. If the restaurant sees this, I recommend going for low/no sodium seasonings. I love potato wedges but they needed an extra minute.
