The only disappointment was the lemon bar. The crust was not thick or firm enough and the lemon was too tart. The crust wasn't strong enough to support the filling and allow you to pick up the bar and eat it with your fingers. The filling was mouth puckering sour. Too sour to enjoy. I could only stomach one small forkful. Even though the lemon bars weren't that good, everything else made this a good meal. I'm now adding diced roasted carrots to my corned beef hash.
