I'm not sure what all the hate about the bbq sauce is, it very clearly says "blackberry-ancho", and while it's different, it tastes incredible with the pork. My girlfriend loved her Fried Chicken Sandwich, it was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside, plus that aioli/sauce was awesome!
My only gripe is that my girlfriend's fries were a little soggy, but we also are about 30 minutes away, so whatever, it's to be expected. Maybe try puncturing the boxes so they can vent?
