"The burger had no sauce on it and absolutely no flavor. The lettuce and tomato tasted old, and the bun was so soggy that I had to remove it and eat the burger plain. The chicken was also extremely disappointing—rubbery and comparable to fast-food quality. It had a ‘mystery chicken’ texture that I really dislike, so unfortunately I had to throw it away."
