"I had not ordered in quite a while, but now that I get the manager to put the dozen spring rolls I usually order, in TWO boxes, I no longer get shorted, which had been consistently happening for 9 months previously when the order was put in one container. The food is good and the soft chow mein noodles are good as well as the steak dish and other beef dish I usually order. I generally get the Family Meal for 5 which is a fair value for the cost. Wish they would add bubble smoothies, but it's Belvidere and not Chicago, where I had access to many varieties of cuisine. The Dragon Fire Shrimp was decent. "

"Okay, so, it's a pasta place. That's what you're thinking if you're reading the reviews, that was me.
I had a strange, gigglebush inspired order, and even after the fact, reheated in the microwave, was still very good.
I got a Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, with parmesan chicken, broccoli, and I added some tortellini and some melted cheese on top. My mom got Buttered Noodles with garlic cream sauce, and shrimp.
I only had a small bite of her noodles, but the garlic cream sauce was tasty, would order it in the future. The Mac and cheese is pretty much what you'd expect from Mac and cheese. It's good, it's not life changing, but it's solid. The chicken was really good, surprisingly so, actually. I eat a lot of chicken, and it held its own against even chicken I'd make myself. The broccoli was broccoli, I'm strange and prefer really soft broccoli, so if it was a little more cooked, it would have been better to me, but that's a preference thing. It was plenty cooked, and only had a little bite, i just like it almost mush lol. The best part to me though (and I might be biased) was the tortellini. I very much enjoy tortellini, especially cheese, and it was about as good as any I've had. Also got some potstickers, and they were good as well.
Overall, legitimately impressed for a place I only ordered from because boiling water makes the kitchen really hot and I didn't want to deal with that. Nothing on my order was bad, or even aight, it was all honestly good, and if any of it even sounded tasty to you, just pull the trigger and thank me later."

the tiger roll was incredibly small for a 15 dollar roll, 4 pieces of low quality sushi, tuna was paste like the rest of the roll was bland.
beef lo mein had bordering on an offensive lack of flavor unless when you order beef lo mein you just want salt. it was oily and largely tasteless. the beef itself was okay, but there was no lo mein flavor to speak of.
takoyaki was likely the most egregious by a long shot, sauce was again, tasteless. the balls themselves were greasy and simultaneously burnt and soggy? I genuinely, truly, do not know how it was possible to make them this bad.
crab rangoons had good flavor and good crunch but again the portion was awful! no filling to speak of at all.
