"Pork Belly was crispy on the outside and tender on inside. The sauce that came with it was perfectly paired. Classic Brisket Sandwich was tender and tasty and has the same sauce as the pork belly. Bun was soft and the sliced pickles gave it a tangy kick. There was 3 or 4 thick slices of brisket. I would definitely order from here again."
"The Pork Belly was terrific but really expensive. The Pork Ribs were good. The Pinto Beans beans could have been better. Not what I remember from when I lived in Houston. The sides were pricey for such a small serving."

"Having lived in SC for years I grew to love Carolina BBQ. I thought this Pulled Pork Sandwich was pretty good. although the coleslaw should be creamier to put on top of the sandwich. I wish they would have had hash but oh well. portion size was good. it was good all the way around. I'd try it again."
"I’m sorry to say this because I used to love this place, but my recent order was really disappointing. One of my favorite items, the cornbread soufflé, wasn’t available, which was a letdown right from the start. Instead, I ordered the sampler appetizer and the BBQ sampler for one.
The Texas Lollipops were very dry and nothing special. I was excited to try the mac and cheese egg rolls, but they were soggy rather than crispy and tasted like they came straight from the freezer. They also had a strange flavor that I didn’t enjoy at all.
The potato skins were okay, and the onion rings were decent but could have been crispier. The fries were just average. For a place like this, I expected fresh-cut fries, but these definitely didn’t seem fresh.
The biggest disappointment was the BBQ. The ribs were extremely overcooked, dry, and barely had any sauce on them. The brisket was okay, and the fried chicken was okay, but neither stood out.
Overall, this place has definitely gone downhill since the last time I visited years ago. There is a lot of room for improvement. I’m thankful I got a deal on this order because I would have been extremely disappointed if I had paid full price."

"Everything was amazing! The yams are sweet and perfectly cooked. The Mac n cheese was great! The banana pudding, omg! But the sweet potato pie?! Huge generous portion! I do wish the peach cobbler tea was as depicted because there was no ice and no peaches in it. Other than that everything tastes amazing. The collards were cooked nicely and flavorful. The beef rib falls apart like it should and catfish fried to perfection. All in all 9/10 I would definitely splurge and order again."
"I keep giving this place a chance because I'm a sucker for southern food but every time I'm disappointed . The portions for the cheese grits plates are too small for the $30 they charge you . You either get two tiny salmon cakes or 3 skinny pieces of catfish . The flavor is good , just not worth the $30 they charge . Onto the desserts . The sweet potato pie had barely any sugar in it . I also ordered the sweet potato cinnamon roll before which was equally as plain . Your sweet potatoes are not sweet enough , you need to add sugar ! I've had store bought sweet potato pies that were wayyy better . . It's a dessert for crying out loud, it should be sweet. I've given this place enough chances . Probably will never order again . Their brisket grilled cheese was the only thing I've purchased that was good value and good flavor . Most other items aren't worth the hefty price ."

"Overall not terrible. I got the Regular Cauliflower Top Loaded Fries and there was barely any sauce on the fries so they were pretty dry. I also paid for extra Dave's sauce and didn't get any and I think that would've helped a lot. The size of the side of Kale Slaw was a little disappointing for $4 tbh. It barely filled the bottom of the cup :( Cauliflower tasted pretty good, could've also used more sauce. Mac & Cheese was decent, giving stouffers lol"

"Boston Market is not what it used to be. The packaging came in plastic containers without any branding where you would order Chinese take out in. The food: Mashed Potatoes was salty, the Sweet Corn was NOT sweet, Chicken was mushy, the Poultry Gravy was not as pictured but light colored, and the ribs looks undercooked. Everything tasted highly processed. Something was off with everything we ordered. We ordered Two Meat Combo and sides. We took a couple bites and tossed it. what a disappointment and a waste of money. We will not be ordering from here again."
"Mac and cheese was watery wth no flavor, the cream of spinach was watery as well, and the mash potatoes had no gravy. They also gave me sweet potatoes instead of corn. It was not that great either. 2 stars is for the 2 chickens.
Use to order from here often. It won't matter but I won't be ordering from here again."

"Pregnancy craving for buffalo wings SATISFIED! I'm always disappointed by the soggy wings I typically get when ordering delivery from other restaurants and pizza joints, so we tried Millers for the first time - they were PERFECT!
Perfect sauce, still hot and crispy, not soggy at all, and I asked for one extra blue cheese and they gave me two!
Zingers with blue cheese and garlic Parm sauce mixed were an excellent addition, the warm Bavarian pretzel was warm and crispy and perfect (wrapped in foil instead of a plastic container which I'm sure helped), and the loaded fries tasted fresh and perfect, which is again surprising since that's usually a guaranteed delivery cold and soggy dish.
Thanks to the team at Miller's for packing the take out order with such care and making sure our food quality wasn't compromised in transit.
Glad to have gotten exactly what I was craving, me and my baby belly are super happy, and we will definitely be ordering again (going for burgers or cheese steaks next time!)"

And the banana pudding? Worth the order by itself. I'd drive across town just for that.
This is food made with real heart and soul. Customers for life. ❤️"
"On Friday, January 2, while searching for a local soul food fix, DoorDash introduced me to Jackson and Goodwin Soul Food. I read the glowing reviews, placed my order—and immediately wished I had gone in person. That feeling deepened the moment Simone offered me a sample of the duck. One bite in and I knew without question: next time, I’m ordering the duck.
From the warm, genuine welcome by owners Simone and Robert to the spontaneous dessert tastings, this was hospitality at its finest. They should be selling customer service lessons too. I promptly expanded my order to include coconut cake, a large Uptown, and turkey soup. Everything was made with fresh ingredients and love and the order was ready before DoorDash’s quoted time.
And then there were the little details the kind that tell you a place truly cares. The packaging was thoughtful and warm, right down to the Dum Dum lollipop tucked inside. That small, playful touch felt like a wink from the kitchen and perfectly captured the spirit of Jackson and Goodwin: generous
The Food:
Fried Chicken (dark meat): Expertly seasoned, crisp, and not greasy, comfort done right.
Mac & Cheese: Lusciously cheesy and deeply satisfying.
Potato Salad: Perfectly moist with just the right balance of seasoning and mayo.
Sweet Potatoes & Collard Greens (with turkey): Fresh and soulful
Turkey Soup: Even better the next day pure comfort in a bowl.
Jackson and Goodwin isn’t just serving plates they’re preserving food tradition, generosity, and joy.

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chick N’ Chick in Bergenfield, and I’m thrilled to say it was a fantastic experience! This spot is perfect for anyone craving delicious Korean-inspired dishes.
First, the tteokbokki was exceptional—just the right amount of spice, with chewy rice cakes and a savory sauce that had a nice balance of heat and sweetness. It’s comfort food done right!
As for the chicken, I tried both the crispy regular chicken and the soy garlic chicken, and they did not disappoint. The crispy chicken had a perfectly golden crunch on the outside, while staying juicy and flavorful inside—classic and satisfying. The soy garlic chicken, on the other hand, had this addictive glaze that was savory, sweet, and just slightly garlicky—easily one of the best versions I’ve had.
The portions were generous, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.
Chick N’ Chick has definitely earned a spot on my list of go-to places for Korean-style fried chicken. If you’re in Bergenfield and looking for a meal that’s both comforting and flavorful, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!"
"the flavor of the actual meat is delicious and everything is cooked well. the platter also came with a portion of rice in a separate container. the only disappointment is the portion of meat :( you can see how sad it looks. $29 for 9 pieces of meat doesn't sound bad until you see the size of those pieces :( i recommend the food for taste but it is pricey for what you get. yummy but feels incomplete "

"Not just your average burger spot. The burgers are so fresh, fries are fresh and hand cut and it's packaged beautifully. They also give you the option to Build Your Own burger which is great for a pickier eater like me lol. I'll definitely be ordering again and trying something else on the menu."

"Never disappoints. Their Oysters are huge. Everywhere serves 6 they serve 10 for the same price or less and they are very fresh, no weird smell, texture is always nice and smooth. I go to my brothers house 20 minutes to get this delivered since DoorDash doesn't deliver by my house. I love this place that much."

"The Chicken is AMAZING. Was so fresh, plump, juicy. Not what I remember from years ago - so actually ordered a 2nd time not on Door Dash - and again - same thing! It wasnt a fluke. The tenders are perfect! Not heaily battered so they have a great taste. Id def recommend the honey mustard as well. French fries were fresh, just had to heat them a little the delivery was on a 20 degree day. 5 stars all the way! Beats Popeyes & KFC by a mile!"
"Chicken legs were so good. My picky kids just swallowed them whole. I wish there was only chicken legs bundles. $10 for 3 small pieces of leg is a little pricey. "

"The store is very friendly and the food is really delicious. I am satisfied with every order."
"I’ve been using Doorsash since it started, but this is the first time I've left a review.
Dasher was waiting there for about 20 minutes, and when I finally got my food, Assorted Sashimi Platter A/ 사시미 A was out of stock. They didn't even let me know and just sent the remaining items. If I knew it, I would cancel everything.
And the other 2 items are just too overpriced for quality and quantity.
The photo is $61, which is ridiculous.
