Spring Time Roll was fine, fish was fresh, but avacado was a little dark around the edges and I would have liked a lighter sauce, maybe some mango or a ponzu as an alternative to soy sauce, to compliment the spring vibes. Sweet Heart Roll was good, the flavor of the rice came through better in this one and it was rolled nicely. I did notice the signature sushi menu is a little lacking in simpler options, focusing a lot on fried items and lots of sauce, so I personally would like to see more variety. Overall very good and would order again, especially as I did a comparison and this place is priced quite competitively compared to other sushi restaurants. "

"It's rare that I order from one place twice in the same day, but Papa Corazon quesadillas is officially a legend in my book. For breakfast I had the all-american quesadilla and it was exceptionally fresh and everything in it was made with REAL food items - it tasted like it all was freshly prepared, no frozen hash browns, no liquid eggs from a milk jug, only real bacon that was fried up fresh, and the tortilla chips were handmade, also very fresh and very tasty with a good crunch. At lunch I attempted to capture lightning in a bottle twice in one day and Papa Corazon did exactly that with the steak fajita quesadilla. I've used the word fresh four times in this review so I'll stop there, but I am hopeful that whosoever reads this will get the gist. Papa Corazon will not disappoint!"

"This was probably one of the best orders I have gotten from La Enchilada, the Tortas (Mexican Sandwich) was basically overflowing with fillings, the Camaron (Shrimp) and Quesa Birria ( Stewed Beef) tacos were on point (which I've came to expect from here), and the Horchata - Large was filled to the brim and good as always. "The dinner bowl was hot when it arrived. I don't know how they got that much food in the bowl. I ate what usually do, plus 1 egg roll and there has to be 4 more meals in there. I kid you not, a family of 4 could share this. I loved the egg rolls. Wrapped once, no added breading then deep fried. It's hard to find egg rolls anymore that dont have as much breading as filling. I went easier than normal on the hot spices. Next time I'll request a small side of Burn your Villages, or kungpow.
