The Onion Kulcha is consistently soft without being chewy and entirely infused with flavor. I tried their Authentic Mirchi Ka Salan for the first time: the heat of plump green chilies in a mildly sweet, nutty, creamy yet crisp, curry with a bright hint of tang. "This was my first time trying this restaurant. I would like to give it 5 stars because the food was delicious and arrived quickly, but it was not exactly as advertised and not what I ordered. I can only assume they made substitutions for what they didn't have. I ordered the Salmon Eggrolls and the Cabbage w/beef. There were 2 perfectly fried, crispy egg rolls with a sufficient amount of salmon but the spinach was replaced with broccoli inside. I like broccoli too so it wasn't a problem and it was still very tasty. I received fresh green beans in place of the cabbage dish. Luckily I like string beans too, and these were seasoned perfectly also. So, I will definitely order from here again. But, a text of some sort saying that substitutions needs to be made would be advisable."
