"All this place is done in the last year is gone downhill. The prices have skyrocketed like everyone else, sure, but everything else is getting worse. The only thing worth ordering is the Nutella Croissant w/ Whipped Sweet Cream since that seems to be the only thing that's impossible to mess up. This used to be my favorite place to get coffee and now, it's weaker than McDonald's and more flavorless than Dunkin'. The ordering functions keep changing in ways that aren't intuitive at all, like having to select (and pay for) your choice of protein twice to make sure you get it at all. Word of advice: if you're not ordering a croissant with Nutella, go somewhere else for your breakfast."

The only other main issue is I've had several orders where something is missing.
