"We were so excited to try this restaurant as there is always a full parking lot! Our experience however, was a let down! The very expensive smoked wings were completely overcooked and too dry to get off the bone. The perch was very mushy so obviously frozen and translucent as if undercooked and very tasteless. The baked beans were too spicy to eat. The pulled pork and other barbecue meats as well as the loaded tots and cobbler were very good. Overall very disappointing."

"Normally this is great but I think I got the last of the carnitas, only about three dried up chunks that were hard like dog jerky! Light on the rice, way heavy on the beans and salsa. Kind of a small portion. I was surprised because this is usually overflowing and really delicious. Most likely just a bad one, will def try again, but would ask for a larger serving of meat and rice next time. :)"
