I called and spoke to John the manager directly. he was so apologetic and promised he would double check my order if I reordered. The 2nd time was perfect. my sub Turkey Breast was exactly how I requested, a nice portion and the perfect temp. the pot pie soup was hearty, full of veggies and had a nice flaky topping. the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was warm and chewy. not too sweet. the rest of my order was accurate as well.
