"Who would have thought that a place called Wilma's in downtown Wilmington could transform U to the French Quarter in New Orleans. I had ordered the French Quarter Jambalaya and the Fried Chicken Po'Boy and both were spectacular, true Cajun / Creole dishes and seasoned perfectly. The only thing I wish for is to have more sauce for the jambalaya for the rice and more Remoulade sauce for the Po'Boy but they do not allow this on the site, otherwise it would be absolutely perfect. I will definitely re-order from here again and call them to request more sauce. I cannot wait to order again and experience Cajun / Creole cooking at its best."
