We thought they would be better since it is a "dim sum" restaurant. Also, no dumpling sauce? That was just odd. The other food we ordered was mediocre at best. "Bought the Eight Treasure Congee and the Born In Chicken on Doordash, and the packaging was so terrible that the soup for the chicken was spilled everywhere.
Foodwise, the chicken was decent but definitely did not worth the price. The biggest issue is with the congee, which is oversweet and by no means authentic. I grew up drinking eight treasure congees and cooked them myself too, but in no way should cashews be part of the ingredients. Please follow traditional recipes.

Pork Belly 梅菜扣肉 was not at ALL what was pictured; it's a classic dish that is usually thinly sliced pork with pickled mustard greens beneath or on top (as it is in their photo), but what I received was giant long, thick chunks of fatty pork in a large soup-type container filled with broth and large amounts of pickled greens strewn throughout. I took one bite, and the flavor of the poor is authentic, but the cut and texture were just not good, so I gave the whole dish to my husband.
Steamed Char Sui Bao (3) 叉烧包 were very mid. The sauce on the pork filling tasted kind of weird, like it had taco seasoning or cumin maybe in it, and it just didn't jive with the sweet char siu sauce. I only ate one of the 3 buns.
Bubble Tea 珍珠奶茶 was super sweet, tasted like generic store bought tea, not very legit bubble tea."
