"Simple. Showed up to pick up order and waited over an hour with no indication my order would be done until I asked for an update. That led to my order being handed to me, being told it just got done, and the box and being cold and pretzel being like warm. Not sure what happened. Maybe it was a one off since they are usually really good. It was the lack of communication and theft of time that was the most upsetting. I will order again because their food is usually really good and this never happens. It was just an upsetting experience to end the day."

The piece I got tonight was not as fresh as the last one, but it's not an issue of good and bad- more like very good and satisfactory.
