I was in the shop when the food was being prepared and the chef was very meticulous in making each sandwich. It's was almost like he was making each one of them for himself. Work of art. Most of the meat was fairly bland, the proportions of toppings to tortilla were just wrong, and it just left a lot to be desired. The Carnita's was probably the best of the ones we got, but it was overshadowed but the insane amount of cheese melted betweeen the 2 corn torillas (what is this Taco Bell?) and the plethora of cabbage. The highlight of the meal was the chips and the salsas. Both were very good and probably would have been happier with just that. I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars.
