We were going to order from a local rib specialty restaurant, but they decided to close the week of the fourth, so read some reviews and decided to give Chili's Ribs a try. These easily equal, if not top, our local rib joint. Grilled fresh asparagus side - tender and also delicious. It's rare to find it offered, it's like the unicorn of sides Loaded mash also good.
