Although the pound of chicharron was not what I expected the flavor was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised. The chicharron was in a salsa verde and had a great spicy kick and was freshly made 10/10. It reheated up well the next day. We received 2 big bags of onions and cilantro as well as a salsa verde and a red salsa. I do wish some tortillas were included with the meats by the pound.
