The ginger chicken has a heavy tangy flavor that is not ginger, more like vinegar - so heavy, in fact, you could not taste the overcooked chicken, snow peas and mushrooms. The beef dumplings did not seem fresh, overcooked beef, and were very bland themselves, with a soy-based sauce that was nothing special. Portions were acceptable but for the price point I expected more flavors not just heavy soy and vinegar - perhaps it's the sous-chef(s) who need to understand what an ethnic Chinese or Asian flavor actually means in general. Kwei Fei has also become inconsistent quality and overpriced. The best place to go in town for ethnic, healthy and fresh, Chinese dim sum is Chef Loongs, hands down. Beautiful South and Kwei Fei don't even compare at this point so don't waste your time trying them."
