"I guess I should start with a positive point. The okra was as expected. now on to the cons. as you can see, there was plenty of fish there, if you call it that. McDonald's filet of fish on steroids. a compressed thin film of fish encased in excessive breading. then there's the coleslaw. I have to admit in spite of the serving being so small, the coleslaw was tasty. then, there's the fried mushrooms. Yes, those are the charcoal briquettes that you see on the top of the container. I guess I should be thankful that at least I got them this time. I there's a drive-thru, got home, no mushrooms. "We had tried this restaurant years ago for our anniversary and really loved our experience. This was our first time ordering it on DoorDash. I was very disappointed. I was excited when I first opened the box for the Torta Milanesa but after removing the bread I saw it was random pieces of thinly sliced breaded chicken and everything was just thrown on there. I do wish the menu would have specified breaded chicken and not grilled. The random pieces of chicken were sometimes part of a large patty and sometimes random chunks. Maybe it was end of day and they didn't want to cook something fresh but I was very disappointed and we did not finish our food. The Tamal was the best thing. It was really good. Chips and Salsa were pretty good but I don't think I would pay that amount for them.
I would love to say that we would give this place another chance but I'm not sure that we will. "

This was our first time trying Heine Bro and it's our new favorite so we'll def be ordering more often! Not only can you taste the coffee in these drinks but you can actually taste all the flavors like in the Iced Beekeeper you can taste the cinnamon and honey and in the Iced Creme BruLatte you can taste the vanilla the caramel the hazelnut and thats a huge plus in our book. We cant wait to try more :) If your on the fence about trying this coffee shop we say 100% do it you wont regret it and it may just become your new coffee shop! "
"TheBro-ito: Sausage, Egg and Cheddar with Hashbrowns is very small and had a few tiny pieces of sausage scattered throughout it. Not worth the value considering it was over $10. It was almost the same size as the hot sauce packet that came with it. The Iced Lavender Matcha Latte didn't have any lavender flavor in it. Not worth the price at all."

"I spent $110.15, order looked like it was just thrown in the bag, lettuce in salad was wilted & some looked bad, kid meal steak was way overcooked, salmon soggy, shrimp overcooked & tough, seasoned rice was okay, & chilli was cold & didn't taste good. Since I'm a Disabled Army Veteran I ordered online for delivery & then I get a text message from the DoorDash guy that they were out of the Sweet potato which I had to take rice instead. They shouldn't have something on the menu & let you order it if they're out of it."
"Finally gave them a shot after 2 years (when they gave us literally raw burgers) and while the fries were perfect that's about the best i can say. The bloomin onion was soggy and greasy. My chicken tenders, there were 3, over cooked & cold. For over $15 that's unacceptable..My bfs burger was cooked right but thrown together, sloppy and soggy. We use to love outback, ordered atleast once a week. And we gave them another chance but it's just not worth it. Over $50 for what we got and it wasn't worth it."
