At lunchtime, I ordered the chicken schnitzel and the pretzel and I'm blown away with the quality of both, even flake salt on the schnitzel that survived delivery. The portions are really large, and the schnitzel came with cooked cabbage and potato salad. Plus, luckily, the sauce was on the side. The only hiccup was they didn't include silverware, but I checked before I came to the room and got some at the hotel. This was exceptionally good food and I would definitely order again."

Additionally, the packaging could be improved. The bolones are placed directly into a styrofoam container without any wrapping. At other Ecuadorian restaurants, they are typically wrapped individually in aluminum foil before being placed in the container, which helps maintain freshness and presentation.
