It was the first time I've eaten Beef Chow Fun with a steak knife. About half was inedible gristle. It was perfectly seasoned. I would like a refund for the Beef Chow Fun.
Chicken Dan Dan noodles were very soggy but the chicken & chili crisp made it salvageable after a toss in a hot wok. The flavor was incredible so no refund requested.
