"My wings were so juicy and warm. I ordered late so i truly wasnt expecting the best service just because it was 11pm. But i was so wrong. Chicken was tender and literally so juicy it truly hit the spot! Great job wing stop im a lifetime customer now! "
"They seriously need to change their fryer oil! The fries were dark like they were overcooked but actually they were mushy and undercooked. The chicken was very dark too, not a beautiful golden brown like Caine's, or Slim Chickens or even McDonald's. The chicken was a little tough, but I chose the longer cook time to ensure they were not too raw. The garlic parmesan flavoring was very good, the tenders were not too overdone but the boneless wings were way past overcooked. I basically threw out almost the entire large container of fries cause they were inedible. I could tell the oil was the culprit for all the issues. At a chicken place, this should be top priority. We had had issues about 15 years ago at this same location and did not come back because the service was bad and the food was undercooked. I thought DoorDash was using a different location but once I saw where the pickup was, I figured, it's been awhile, let's just give them another chance. Well, now I know not to order from them again no matter where I order from. They haven't improved with age. "
