A wine reduction sauce can be overdone, this was not, it was just right there, perfect. The pasta side was nice, might have used a little splash of some kind of acid, but that's a minor complaint. Excellent dish. And the chocolate torte was scrumptious, they included little bits of caramelized sugar that were just wonderful on top. The cake itself was moist, the filling was just luscious. "You can never go wrong with the Kintot/ቅንጦት ! It's my favorite thing to get here as there are all the veggies included... potato, collards, beets, etc. including beef stew too which also is flavorful. Everything is tender and there is a good portion for the price. It is what you expect when paying $20. I personally get the injera in a separate casing though as I do not like mine soggy by the time it arrives to me."
