"The chicken with the ramen was not "crispy" but it was somehow simultaneously overdone and chewy. The Ramen was like someone had seen a picture of Ramen, but didn't know anything else about it and tried to ape the dish: the eggs were pulverized, not jammy (and not soaked in soy & mirin) - definitely not ajitsuke tamago more like an egg that you would chop up in a chef's salad. The broth - arguably the main part of ramen - didn't taste of the umami of pork. Not sure how to describe the flavor but "light and not rich" will do. The Satay was inappropriately flavored with curry and also the consistency of jerky. The crab cheese wonton was not a delicate wrapper, but more like the consistency of a fortune cookie. The chicken egg rolls tasted nice and the salad was ok. The food wasn't packaged well either. The egg rolls, satay, and wontons were each tossed in paper bags that shredded during delivery because of the grease, and only about half the ramen broth fit into the bowl of noodles provided. I was glad the container used for the broth was solid because it was tipped over on its side in the bag and lucky not to be leaking. "

Worth noting that the flank steak is what's called brisket everywhere else, so no clue what their brisket is like.

"I feel like I might've accidentally stumbled onto a social experiment or something? This food is genuinely WAY too high quality for what I paid. I wanted to buy me and my roommate something nice because it's been a hard month for us. I saw a place where chicken tikka masala clearly was NOT the focus, and got really excited! The descriptions and photos were the definition of perfection. The scope of the menu, perfectly focused. The prices? Only slightly above average for astronomically higher quality food. I can't shake the feeling this is a trick?? This is the highest quality food I've ever had in my life today, and Indian food has been my favorite for many years now.
The Spicy Jalapeño Vegetable Pakora - You don't know you want this yet but trust me, if it's between this and your comfort naan, try their Pakora. They're genuinely outstanding. I tried this on a whimsy, lured in by curiosity and a BOGO coupon. It's crispy, it's chewy, and flaky on the outside, but has enough elasticity to keep together. Its decadent, textural perfection cannot be overstated.
The Lamb Keema Mutter - I got this for me, first time trying this dish. Now I really dig peas, and lamb is really good when done right. So this looked like it was going to be a great choice. What I got was one of the most delicious entrees I've had in my life. The kind you genuinely have an experience about, where it's above all comparisons in a league with its own, the best of all things you've had in your life. I don't feel like I deserved to eat such a fine dish.
Hadiwala Chicken Biryani - I got this for roomie. She loved it, particularly liked the flavors of the rice more than the chicken. I sampled some, and the chicken was quite good in my opinion. The Biryani is the definition of flavor town, and this one is the best I've had, of anywhere I've tried.
Butter Naan - Roomie also said it was the best naan she's had, too.
Garlic Chilly Naan - This was the only thing I didn't thoroughly enjoy. Probably would have been fine if I didn't order it remote. The peppers had a lot of moisture in them, and it steamed them inside the foil to the point the naan was practically soggy, and falling all apart. Any texture that was present got steamed out, and softened. I might dry it out and cook it with eggs tomorrow morning"
