"Completely disappointed with my meal. Ordered the ribs w/loaded mashed potatoes, corn on the cob (2 sides come with the ribs) and ordered (separately) the House Salad.
Starting with the salad, I purposely ordered the House Salad as it showed as a larger salad. I paid almost 5 dollars for the "side salad" i received!!!! The ribs were over cooked (meat was slightly tender but was at the point of tasting dried out) and the bbq sauce was horrible (tasted like it was 95% ketchup and it was extra thick). The loaded mashed potatoes were the worst tasting mashed potatoes I ever had. They tasted like they used instant potatoes.
The corn on the cob and salad were the only items that tasted fine. I don't usually order from Chili's, but if I do, never again will I order the ribs or mashed potatoes.
Outback Steakhouse has a much better tasting bbq rib selection, in addition to the loaded mashed potatoes. And you actually get a full salad when requested."

"This was my first time trying Café Napolina and I really wanted to like it. The pictures looked great so I had high hopes, but sadly I was disappointed. I only ordered the calamari and for the price, the portion was tiny. It honestly felt like a ripoff. To make things worse, it was probably the worst calamari I’ve ever had. The texture was way too crispy, almost like pork skin, and the sauce had no flavor at all. Really let down by this one."

"The quality of the Herby Goddess Roasted Chicken Salad has greatly decreased I'm so disappointed in the declining quality. This salad was once my favorite item to order from local kitchens. Not only has the price increased but the portion was abysmal, utterly poor, I thought I received the wrong order at first. I feel robbed I can never in good faith order this again. I would highly recommend Starbirds elote salad. I wish that was all but on top of all its transgressions, it tasted no better than a Safeway fridge salad.
