"Probably the best tri-tip i've ever had! The ribs were meaty and just right temp. I think the steamed veggies were seared or braised, that’s a delightful touch! The mac n cheese was okay and the potato salad was frankly bland. The "red sauce" is a classic sweet barbecue and the brown is more of a savory gravy."
