Ah, but the pancakes... so nice to have something with a little heft to it for mornings when you're really hungry. There is a sprinkle of probably granola that gets cooked in for a little crunch, cinnamon, cardamom, and brown sugar. The pancakes are a sizeable breakfast. They were fresh and moist and didn't really need syrup. I admit I'm not over fond of commercial syrups and since I ordered this to go I used a little of my own maple syrup. I'll be back for seconds."
