It automatically came with its own creamer and sugar plus a stir stick and that little tab at the front which stops your drink from spilling which is great. At this point he told me they dont sell Big Hot Pastrami anymore and didnt have pastrami. He then just started grabbing another meat to substitute without asking me if that was okay. It is so huge that it hangs out on both side sides of their soft delicious homemade bun. They must be using very fresh oil to fry their chicken cause it didn't have that awful canola oil/fishy taste. They also give you delicious sweet/lightly spiced (that appears to be homemade) thinly slicedpotato chips as a side.
